Eventbrite

Connect Eventbrite, pick an event, map fields, and keep attendees in sync.

Eventbrite is a first-class import. Organizers can also sign in to Studio with Eventbrite.

Connect

From Settings → Integrations → Eventbrite (account) or the event integrations page:

Connect with Eventbrite OAuth (or paste an access token)
Micepad stores a webhook token so Eventbrite can push attendee changes
Status becomes connected

Import an event

Discover events from the connected Eventbrite account
Pick a remote event
Map Eventbrite questions → Micepad attendee fields
Run the import

The import job creates the gathering (or attaches to the current one), ticket classes, and attendees. When it finishes, Studio sends an import completed notification.

Ongoing sync

After the first import:

Sync pulls the latest attendees
Reconcile repairs drift
Webhooks (/webhooks/incoming/eventbrite) apply Eventbrite notifications in the background

Syncs are scoped to a gathering. Field mappings are per import, not a global unused table.

What is not Eventbrite

Luma and Swoogo show as coming soon. They do not import yet.
