The Event App is a branded PWA for attendees. It is an add-on. Setup is a wizard; content lives in Studio and updates the public app live.

## Setup wizard

Steps, in order:

5. **Publish**

You can leave and resume. Unpublished apps send organizers back to the step they left.

## Templates

| Template | Default modules |

| Conference (`conference`) | Agenda, speakers, event info. Optional exhibitors, main stage, venue map |
| Exhibition (`exhibition`) | Exhibitors, venue map. Optional agenda, speakers, main stage |
| Workshop (`workshop`) | Live Interaction only |
| Webinar (`webinar`) | Main Stage plus optional Documents / info desk |

Some modules are implemented but hidden from setup right now: `event_info`, `people`, `photos`.

## What attendees see

- Home with branded banner and action buttons
- Bottom nav (Home and Menu are fixed; up to three middle items)
- Modules you enabled: agenda, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, documents, surveys, venue map, live stream, Q&A
- Desktop sidebar and a mobile module drawer

Branding uploads: logo and home banner as PNG or SVG, max 2 MB.

## Live tools

Once the matching module is on:

- **Live Interaction** — audience Q&A (moderation, voting, comments, anonymous, character limit)
- **Live Stream** — main stage
- **Projector Screen** — room display for Q&A

## Advanced settings

Domain & PWA name, push, personal agenda, session reminders, offline mode, colors, fonts, and module label overrides.

Q&A defaults: enabled, accepting questions, anonymous posting on, comments/moderation/voting off unless you turn them on.
