**Content** is a single sidebar group so the event program is not split across apps.

Schedule is available on all plans. Other items may show a lock when the plan or add-on is missing.

## Schedule

Sessions have a start/end, location, track, and speakers. Session check-in can be `open` or `closed` independently of door check-in.

Reordering sessions updates the public Event App and setup preview without a refresh.

## Speakers

Speakers belong to a directory (the event has a default). Categories group them. Images go through the same cropper as badges.

## Documents

Folders and files are Event App content. They also appear under Content so you do not have to open App Setup to add a PDF.

## Surveys

Surveys can allow viewing or editing a response after submit (`surveys_allow_response_view`, `surveys_allow_response_edit`). Both default off.

## Seating

The seating app is a floor-plan editor: tables, seats, and assignments from the attendee list.
